The client is a leading company in the heavy equipment industry.Responsibilities: HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure company policies and procedures comply with UAE Labour Law and industry standards.Compensation & Benefits: Develop and implement grading structures, salary frameworks, and benefits programs.Strategic HR Management: Contribute to HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development.Multi-Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.HR Processes & Technology: Implement and oversee HR systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, handle grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.Labour Law Compliance: Ensure adherence to all UAE labour laws and regulations.Minimum Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5 years in an HR role, preferably in heavy machinery, construction, or industrial sectors.Education & Certification: HR Certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) preferred.Skills: Strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and proficiency in HR technology.Knowledge: Thorough understanding of UAE labour laws, compensation structures, and employee benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
