As a Spa Brand Manager, you will deliver exceptional experiences across our award-winning destinations and unlock your potential in a vibrant environment.What We’re Looking For A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Advanced certification or spa-specific qualification, with additional certifications a plus.Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a luxury spa, wellness, or hospitality environment.Strong understanding of luxury service expectations, industry trends, and wellness innovations.Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.Strong organizational and leadership abilities.Impeccable communication skills in English; additional languages like Arabic are a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, spa management software, and digital marketing platforms.Excellent interpersonal skills and a guest-centric mindset.Professional appearance adhering to FIVE’s grooming standards.Hands-on attitude with a positive, proactive spirit.Key Responsibilities Lead the spa’s brand vision, ensuring a luxurious guest experience.Act as brand custodian, embodying FIVE’s luxury ethos in all communications and environments.Represent the spa at events, collaborations, and media opportunities.Drive marketing initiatives and collaborate with internal and external teams.Manage relationships with wellness product partners and influencers.Report on brand performance and guest trends.Oversee daily operations, focusing on service quality and KPIs.Develop training programs to uphold luxury service standards.Monitor online and in-person brand sentiment and implement improvements.Innovate wellness offerings with sustainability and personalization in mind.Drive revenue through promotions and cross-departmental activations.Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.The Team Our ‘FIVERs’ are cultured, confident, and hardworking.
