Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range Job Title: Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant Responsibilities Experience in Oracle Application with Expert in Oracle SCM 12i.Must have 2-3 end to end implementation experience.Must have 2-3 support project experience.Must have excellent functional skills in using Oracle EBS PO, Standard PO, Complex PO, Business Process Agreement, Inventory, OM, BOM, Costing, i Procurement, Sourcing, i Supplier portal, Procurement contracts, Service contracts, Supplier Life cycle.Key Responsibilities Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements and expectations.Analyze existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities.Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Oracle EBS SCM.Configure Oracle EBS SCM modules according to best practices.Develop process maps and functional documentation for business workflows.Lead the end-to-end testing process, including unit and user acceptance testing.Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth system implementation.Identify and resolve functional issues during and after implementation.Provide training and support to end-users on SCM functionalities.Create and maintain user manuals and training materials.Conduct change management activities to drive system adoption.Monitor system performance and suggest necessary adjustments.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SCM processes.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices regarding SCM solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance integration with other business systems.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle EBS SCM modules.Proven experience in supply chain management processes and best practices.Strong functional understanding of Oracle EBS functionalities.Experience in implementation, customization, and optimization of Oracle EBS SCM.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in training and supporting end-users.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Experience with project management methodologies.Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL is a plus.Oracle certifications in EBS SCM modules are preferred.Familiarity with business process mapping tools.Understanding of integration with other Oracle modules.Willingness to travel for project implementations, if necessary.Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Industries Technology, Information and Internet #J-18808-Ljbffr
