Finance Manager - Packaging ROW Central Programs

The Finance Manager will be a finance partner to Ro W Central Programs Leadership, supporting key business decisions while driving cost improvement programs. This includes responsibility for financial metrics reporting, forecasting, and analysis. The successful candidate will be strategic, analytical, and have demonstrated ability to effectively manage the finances of a high-growth business.Key job responsibilities Build financial analysis models to drive operational decisions across the Amazon network.Work on cost-out initiatives.Develop long-term plans, annual budgets, etc.Automate existing models and tools to support scale-up of Amazon's supply chain network.Operations planning and cost planning for the network.Evaluate and improve core methodologies of business models and tools.Collaborate with operations teams to enhance process productivity and cost savings.Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly results reporting.Facilitate financial review meetings with key business partners.About the team If you thrive on making quick decisions, navigating stakeholder management, handling ambiguity, and embracing new challenges, this role could be perfect for you. Remember, the road less traveled often leads to the most rewarding destinations.Minimum qualifications5+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.5+ years in multiple finance and accounting roles.6+ years in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable.6+ years applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) for analysis.6+ years building financial and operational reports/data sets for decision-making.6+ years creating process improvements through automation and analysis.6+ years participating in continuous improvement projects to scale and improve controls, with measurable results.Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.6+ years identifying data issues, root causes, and creating escalation plans.6+ years solving complex business challenges with financial models, analysis, and recommendations that impact the business.Preferred: MBA or CPA.Knowledge of SQL/ETL.Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).Experience with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation.We are committed to an inclusive culture that empowers our team members.
