Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Direct message the job poster from Klanik We are currently looking for a talented Unified Communications Expert our team in Dubai !!!Responsabilities: Must have experiance in Microsoft Teams Participation in To IP/Visio evolution and transformation projects Business needs analysis in technical projects context – Functional requirements and technical specifications document realization Technical Service requests implementation – Configuration modification and expertise requests management Level 3 Support on To IP and Visio incidents – Users support Requirements: Strong Involvement in current Unified Communications Transformation project: Stream 1 - PSTN Connectivity Evolution: Replace Local telephony access with Regional Telephony Hub Stream 2 - New Device Policy and Standard Definition: Replace Hardphones by Softphones and Meeting rooms video-conferencing Renovation, Standardization and Deployment Stream 3 - UC Solution Refundation: Replace and Unify Enterprise Telephony solution for all CMA CGM employees - Customer Care Modernization On his/her scope, the expert is actively acting on Migration or operation plan adjustment, validation and/or coordination Change management, coordination and technical requests management Documentation realization and updates Incidents and problems management: technical analysis, coordination in incident resolution, RCAMaintenance in operational conditions (MRO) of To IP/Visio infrastructures Obsolescence, capacity and vulnerabilities managementaddition (s)he may be interacting on those areas : Business needs and request qualifications – be the link with Business analyst and technical experts in order to understand Functional requirements and technical specifications definition and potentially get some updates Configuration Audit and Continuous Improvement Plan management TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENTTo IP: Microsoft Teams, Direct routing, SIP, H323, Audiocodes SBC, ARM, OVOC, Cisco Call Manager, Call Manager Express, Unity Connection, Attendant Console, SME, Expressway, Voice Gateway, Jabber LAN/WIFI: Switching/Routing SD-WAN Velo Cloud User Proxy and Remote Access: Zscaler ZIA and ZPAWe are looking for someone with 5 years of experience in Unified Communications Production and Operations.Network technical skills are required.A good understanding of all the building blocks of the information system, application layers, servers, virtualization, Cloud will be appreciated You are looking for a great opportunity to be part of an amazing challenge, with great development possibilities ?
