Description
Job Responsibilities: Manage all customer requests for IFM services according to service delivery expectations, and facilitate service request initiation and routing within a single system.Oversee day-to-day operations of Mail Room Services, including the distribution of packages, materials, and mail.Report on all delivery processes.Coordinate event pre-arrangements, ensuring all A/V equipment is in good condition.Arrange meeting rooms, including snacks for attendees if requested, and host/welcome guests.Office Print Program: Order and manage papers and consumables.Monitor device performance and cartridge levels.Report outages or issues with consumables or paper.Control waste and abuse in printing.Orientation Program: Welcome and onboard new joiners, providing an overview of the workplace, facility request procedures, badging, access approval, mail pickup, and seating arrangements.Additional Responsibilities: Manage approved parking requests.Conduct regular checks of stationary supplies and manage office stationary ordering.Manage food services, including beverage programs (coffee, tea, hot & cold water).Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely ordering and delivery of services, supporting employee amenities like breakfast packages.Oversee space arrangements and cleaning services before and after events.Requirements: Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.Experience: 3 to 5 years in facility management, hospitality, or related industry.Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID.#J-18808-Ljbffr
