Our client is leading Company, a subsidiary of a huge group operating in diverse range of businesses in manufacturing & Logistics facilities serving consumers in Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman and various African Countries. They are seeking to recruit an "Sales Manager" to be based Jebel Ali, UAE. The position will be reporting to the General Manager.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Engineering

A minimum of 7 years of experience in the Packaging / corrugated boxes

Candidate will be having 18 direct reports

Sales and service team comprised of experienced, knowledgeable and dedicated professionals

Industry leadership among the top corrugated box manufacturers in the region and export market

Fully automated state-of-the-art plant operating at its full capacity with plans for further expansion in near future

Current portfolio comprised of some of the most reputed clients in the region & export market

Sufficient authority, empowerment and flexibility in managing the function with full support and trust from the line management

Multiple roles and responsibilities with opportunities to add value along the entire supply-chain management

Market Research and Developing New Markets

Finding and developing new customers, thorough study in their requirements and proposing

solutions

To ensure all opportunities are taken to promote products to our customers and to increase the client base

Maintaining old and existing customer as well as increase the market share.

Finding out the needs and wants of end users and working towards tailor-made solution

Monitor competitor's activities - competitors of the region / GCC / Export markets

Offering Techno-Commercial services directly to customers with the help of technical / quality team

Prepare and market the best possible Product mix suitable to the company's interest.

Informs the Management of Market Solution, discuss and find solution, as well as present the Market information to the Management

Develop close contact relationship with the customer for the benefit of the company.

Propose and achieve sales strategy every year: sales, advertisement, fairs, direct visits and others

Directing the sales staff to achieve the set target and goals of the company

Coach and develop an effective Sales team

Investigate the propose solution for customer complaints.

Achieve smooth Work Flow of Sales department: Contact customers, Quotations, Review Orders, Release Order Confirmation, Guide Production Plans, Customer complaints, resolution of complaints, Guide Delivery of Materials and Follow up on Collections.

Monitor and analyze pre and post production cost

Export / logistics experience is a must

Nationality: Arabic, European or American
