MANAGER ENGINEERING (Job Code: EPC-ENGG-1)

Responsibilities:

•Plans, directs, coordinates, and supervises the activities of Engineering Department.

•Monitors and ensures progress and quality of the engineering work as per project requirement carried out in-house or sub-contracted.

•Responsible for preparation of engineering proposals. Coordinates with proposals department to include costs of engineering in EPC proposals.

•Responsible for continuous improvement of in-house engineering capabilities

Job Specification

Qualification and Experience:

•BSc Engineering having 15+ years experience on similar position in an EPC/Engineering company.

•Proven track record of demonstrating leadership qualities in heading a multidiscipline engineering workforce.

•Self motivated with ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

•Capable of working with the minimum level of guidance and direction.

•Exposure to working in a multicultural environment would be beneficial.
