We are seeking a talented Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to improve our clients' human resources processes.Responsibilities Engage with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements related to Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.Provide guidance on best practices for utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud to enhance HR operations.Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to facilitate effective usage of the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.Support data migration efforts from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud.Create documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud applications.Manage Oracle HCM Cloud modules and customizations.Configure workflows and business processes.Troubleshoot and resolve user issues.Generate and modify reports and dashboards.Support HR operations in alignment with UAE policies.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and functionalities.Experience with HR processes and best practices in the context of Oracle HCM Cloud.Proficiency in data migration, integration, and reporting within the Oracle HCM Cloud environment.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus.Experience with Agile methodologies is beneficial.Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.Proficient in configuring HCM workflows and forms.Knowledge of HR domain and UAE labor laws.Arabic interface support capability.5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.Experience working with UAE government HR systems.Benefits Paid Time Off Training & Development Performance Bonus Additional Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Information Technology Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Black Stone e IT by 2x.Set job alerts for roles like “Cloud Consultant,” Oracle Principal Solutions Engineer (CX), and Oracle Principal Solutions Engineer (ERP).We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way, with insights contributed directly into articles with the help of AI. #J-18808-Ljbffr
