Job details
Responsibilities/ Roles
- Control and distribution of incoming correspondence
- Assist in the collection of all craft daily timesheets and delivery to Payroll/Timekeeping Group
- General filing
- Record the minutes of the meeting and complete ;
- Provide general office support to all site personnel
- Assist with flight bookings and flight reports for all ;
- Coordinate and assist in the preparation of reports as required
Minimum requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any ;
- Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this ;
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or ;
- Ability to liaise with all levels of internal and external, including customers, suppliers, main office and ;
- Accurate time and data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
