We're in search of a dynamic and driven Real Estate Sales Agent to become part of our Horizon Gate team at Real Estate Brokerage LLC. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, your role involves aiding clients in purchasing, selling, and leasing properties. Your main objective is to deliver outstanding customer service, forge enduring connections, and ensure smooth real estate deals.Job Description: Source leads and reach out to potential clients using diverse methods like referrals, networking, online platforms, and direct outreach.Stay informed about current real estate trends, property values, and similar sales in the region through market research and analysis.Support clients in their property transactions, whether buying, selling, or renting, by understanding their requirements, preferences, and financial situation.Organize property viewings and open houses to exhibit properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.Assist clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process, which includes negotiations, contract drafting, inspections, and closing procedures.Offer accurate and timely information on properties, market conditions, and financing alternatives to aid clients in making informed choices.Cultivate and maintain a strong network of connections within the real estate sector.Work collaboratively with the marketing team to devise and execute effective marketing strategies for property promotion and client attraction.Qualifications: Proven expertise as a Real Estate Sales Agent or in a comparable position for over two years.Preference will be given to candidates with a valid real estate (RERA) license.Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.Thorough understanding of local real estate market dynamics, regulations, and processes.Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team setting.Exceptional customer service aptitude with a client-centered approach.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when necessary.A valid driver's license and own car.Proficiency in Mandarin, German, or French is preferred.We believe in nurturing our team members and empowering them for success at Horizon Gate.
