Key tasks and responsibilities : Responsible for construction work of specific FPSO topsides modules, involving all project function such as ; Make detailed start-up plans for FPSO module fabrication including but not limited to organization plan, office preparation plan, office operation plan in compliance with our HSE instruction, etc. and execute all above plans. -Complete all related module construction under specific quality within the project schedule and budget by controlling and managing all site members and construction sub-contractor as construction site manager. -Make sure to up-date required work always by good communication with all project team members and inform all related persons of latest and correct situation timely to avoid any confusion and unnecessary re-do work. -Provide weekly detail site progress report to project management team. Job Requirements:  -Diploma/Degree in engineering - Fifteen+ years of working experience of EPC project as construction engineer and one year of working experience in Offshore FPSO EPCI projects. -Good knowledge and experience in construction sequence, technology, and technical teams of Offshore FPSO project. -Team player with strong interpersonal skills -Self-motivated and independent -Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills -Good communication skills -Knowledgeable in MS Office, MS Project and Auto CAD.
