Forum Energy Asia Pacific Pte Ltd require a Logistics Coordinator to manage all logistics and transportation activities in accordance with statutory and Company rules, regulations and objectives. This position is based in Singapore. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Logistics and shipping. - Set standard operational procedures (SOPs) for all shipments (inbound and outbound). - Prepare shipping documents (e.g. packing list, shipment invoice etc.) for outbound shipment. - Responsible for all inbound and outbound shipments of the drilling division in Singapore. - Prepare all necessary documents to apply for country of origin endorsed by the local Chamber of Commerce whenever needed. Local delivery transportation. - Handle the transportation arrangement of local delivery and collection for Drilling Technologies Singapore. Accountabilities: (Deliverables) Manage the continuous improvement of the logistics, shipment and local delivery processes and performance to meet the Companys goals and objectives.
