My client is looking for a FPSO Mechanical Commissioning Engineer to join the project in Angola and to work remotely from Singapore on a residential basis. It will be a 12 month assignment. About the role: As a FPSO Mechanical Commissioning Engineer your primary responsibility will be to support the Commissioning Start-up Superintendent in controlling/managing the commissioning and start-up as well as to supervise the Contractor' work force while implementing their tasks ensuring that works are performed according to project specifications, international rules and schedule. Main responsibilities will involve: * Review/approve the contractor commissioning procedure. * Manage Nitrogen Helium Leak Test & Bolt Tensioning scope of work, reinstatement test pack, tender briefing, and all relevant document preparation and reinstatement test package. * Attend and guide commissioning team for Factory Acceptant Test (FAT) and review FAT procedures from vendor for both marine and topside packages throughout construction till the FAT at vendor premises. * Executing final inspection. * Punch lists clearance.
