Emails Checking and verifying the emails from Enquiry
Sending the best freight charge to customers
Sending the final order list and receipt voucher to sales team
Follow up for the back order with sales team
Sending Quotations - arranging the parts
Checking account details in TT & verifying the name in WU / Money gram
Follow up for the swift copy
Follow up for the documents for credit card ( teller ) customers
Arrange the payment collection from WU / Money gram and agent
