CS- CART / Prestashop Developer Online marketplace is seeking an experienced Magento 2, Prestashop, CS-CART, shoppy file full stack developer with a specialization in PHP-based programming to join our team and be a part of a website redesign and development initiative. Client side and server side development are key elements of this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Building robust, custom, and efficient PHP modules. Understanding technical proofs and convert them into working software Identifying and solving performance and architectural challenges Testing and quality assurance of the web experience across multiple web devices and platforms Optimizing web designs and features to minimize download time and meet browser and platform compatibility standards Delivering best-in-class HTML5/CSS3/JQuery front-end code across a broad array of interactive web and mobile projects Upgrading, maintaining, supporting, and scaling website platforms and related systems to meet evolving and growing user demands Integrating multiple databases Working cohesively with multiple teams throughout the business Continually assessing and optimizing your processes Creating detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines to ensure timely completion of deliverables
REQUIREMENTS
BS in Computer Science or a related field, or significant equivalent experience Substantial experience in Magento2 (Magento2 Cloud is a plus), Modules and custom developments with API's and connections Experience in LAMP based environments Strong understanding of PHP (MVC architectures, particularly Zend) Experience with Git, NGINX server configuration/management, deployment, testing, and requirements documents Experience with software deployment and server administration Strong understanding of HTML, CSS Good understanding of MySQL and constructing queries Good knowledge of JavaScript and/or jQuery Experience with Drupal CMS Experience developing and managing websites Self-starter with strong self-management skills Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities Ability to problem-solve and recommend sound, long-term solutions Ability to turn a PSD design into a fully-functioning website template Ability to work in a collaborative environment and/or solo Strong work ethic that includes, integrity, determination, and passion Physical Demands Ability to withstand moderate physical activity (standing, walking, bending, stooping over, reaching, etc.) Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time Ability to work overtime
