Mackenzie Stuart Executive Search & Selection is working in close partnership with a leading top-tier subsea equipment manufacturing company. The organisation is one of the major equipment manufacturers in the world with a global presence. Due to expansion, the organisation is seeking to recruit a Senior Engineering Manager - Subsea Equipment - based in Singapore to lead and manager project execution and product delivery. This is a management role which will have a team of Engineers directly reporting into them. To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements: *10+ years industry experience with international project execution expertise. *Educated to a Bachelor degree level in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. *Experience of executing project delivery with detailed requirements, specifications and strict deadlines. *Expert Subsea product knowledge, preferably with offshore experience. *Experienced in engineering management positions or leading engineering teams through projects. Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: *Liaise with commercial department and project managers to create, manage and execute project delivery in line with project specifications, requirements and deadlines. *Interface with clients to formulate client specifications, product design guidelines and project delivery requirements. *Lead a group of engineers to produce technical requirements in line with client specifications. *Manage project execution throughout the process to deliver client satisfaction and project success.
