Executive Director Business Development - Corporate Customer Services

1. Ensures compliance in support services with JCI and healthcare regulations and policies governing hospitals, monitors operations and initiates changes as and when required contributing to the achievement of the strategic goals. 2. Lead and direct the hospital support services and provide administrative guidance to the clinical departments toward high quality of care and service. 3. Establish departmental strategic plans, examine, assess, and utilize all performance metrics on hospital activities and trends to design and implement corrective action to enhance service and performance levels and drive growth. 4. Provide strategic leadership, guidance, decision making support to develop business cases for new opportunities. Facilitate strategic plan development using a data driven approach in partnership with key medical group and care site stakeholders. 5. Review department's Key Performance Indicators and assess performance periodically to implement corrective actions when performance does not meet expectations. 6.
