The key responsibilities include: Maximizing the number of account applications successfully completed every month Generating Liability balances and Fee income for the bank Providing guidance to clients when required Taking end-to-end ownership of each application The Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for this role include: Sourcing new to business banking current accounts Ensuring the account is funded as per expectations defined in KPIGenerating Fee income for the bank including Foreign Exchange, Trade, Bancassurance, Deposits Prospecting in targeted markets with standards in phone calls and face-to-face visits Presenting and selling all business banking products & services ethically and professionally Achieving monthly sales targets Maintaining and developing customer relationships for cross-sell opportunities Adhering to Bank's KYC & AML policies Conducting micro marketing activities and participating in Business Banking events Handling objections to increase take-up rates Recording all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and CRMParticipating in team activities, training, and compliance measures Demonstrating confidence, persistence, and effective communication skills Having basic knowledge of SME Banking products, services, policies, and processes Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline1-2 years banking sales experience Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Business Development and Sales Industries Banking This job is active and accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
