Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for any artwork enquire
- Artwork retouching, resizing and file checking based on production printing requirement
- Be able to communicate with the customer on their artwork issue in a professional manner and making corrections if necessary
- Carefully follow up the whole customer order process from checking artwork to complete the print ready file for production to print
- Prepare any adhoc marketing artwork
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Advertising/Media or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Artwork experience or anything similar role in any printing industries
- Design experience is a bonus
- Skills on Adobe and basic MS office
- Good team player with the ability to work independently
- Good understanding of the printing guideline to suits different products in terms of visual and safety aspects
- Able to communicate in Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia & English
