Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Growth & Commercial Strategy Develop and execute revenue-generating strategies aligned with market trends and business objectives.Lead sales and business development teams to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities.Oversee financial performance, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and pricing strategies.Strengthen brand positioning and competitive strategy to expand market share.Align sales and marketing efforts for seamless client acquisition and retention.2. Client Engagement & Strategic Partnerships Lead the client servicing team to manage key accounts and ensure long-term partnerships.Oversee the execution of projects that align with client goals and industry best practices.Develop and maintain relationships with high-value clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders.Create compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business.Explore and develop strategic alliances, sponsorships, and media partnerships to enhance brand visibility.3. Market Expansion & Innovation Identify new market opportunities, including regional expansion and service diversification.Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behaviors to drive innovation.Spearhead digital transformation initiatives, leveraging technology to enhance client experience.4. Leadership & Team Development Provide strategic direction and mentorship to business development, sales, and client servicing teams.Foster a high-performance culture, ensuring teams meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.Implement training and development programs to enhance team capabilities and leadership succession.5. Operational Excellence & Business Optimization Improve operational efficiency by introducing best practices in project execution and sales processes.Leverage CRM, data analytics, and automation tools to enhance decision-making and sales performance.Work closely with finance and operations to streamline cost structures and improve profitability.6. Industry Leadership & Brand Representation Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and thought leadership forums.Build the company’s reputation as a leader in events, experiential marketing, and brand activations.Act as a spokesperson, driving brand awareness and executive-level engagement.Qualifications & Experience: 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial Leadership, preferably in Events, Advertising, Media, or Marketing agencies.Proven track record in leading high-performing teams, securing large-scale business deals, and driving revenue growth.Strong understanding of market trends, digital marketing, and industry innovations.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
