Team Leader (Service)

  • Welcome guests and lead them to their seats.
  • Present menu, take orders, suggest and recommend menu items appropriately.
  • Ensure that all customers? orders are properly placed for the kitchen to execute and deliver to guests properly.
  • Attend and respond to guests? needs promptly and professionally.
  • Up-sell additional food and beverage products to customers.
  • Present bills to guests, collect payment and give to cashier and return change or credit card to guests.
  • Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping cleaning glasses, furniture and fittings and ensure that everything is properly done.
  • Lead other crew members to provide team oriented service.
  • Assist in training and motivating staff.
  • Report on time, in proper uniform and grooming.
  • Execute any other duties as requested by immediate superiors.

Team Leader (Kitchen)

  • Prepare, cook food and present food effectively and efficiently, meeting the company operations manual and gold standards.
  • Instruct kitchen crew and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
  • Keep up to date with the current promotions and new items in the menu.
  • Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure compliance to established standards.
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Culinary Manager.
  • Assist in accurate food-ordering and stocking levels.
  • Estimate amounts and costs of required supplies, such as food and ingredients.
  • Assist in keeping food wastage to minimum, through correct product measurement.
  • Maintain good knowledge on standard food preparation through training by immediate superior and operations manuals provided by the company.
  • Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy at all times.
  • Assist in dish-washing.
  • Always adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain good personal hygiene as well as high work and safety standards in the workplace.
  • Report on time, in proper uniform and grooming.
  • Execute any other duties as requested by immediate superiors
Requirements:

  • Computer literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • At least SPM/ Professional Certificate in F&B management or its equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in management of Food and Service Operations
  • Passion for service, Positive attitude and motivation
  • Good leadership / supervisory skills
  • Good communication and customer relationship skills
  • Good grooming and presentable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Required qualifications

SPM, Diploma
