Support Engineer
Experience : 1-3 years of total work experience in Global customer interaction
Skill Requirements :
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills to interact with Business Customers (preferably with a neutral accent) - (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent experience - (Mandatory)
- Good problem solving and decision making skills - (Mandatory)
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform and Other Cloud platforms would be added advantage
- Exposure to SAAS and IAAS would be added advantage
- Basic understanding of Linux/Unix servers, Networking fundamentals (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Answer support Phone calls/Emails/Helpdesk ticket from Business customers
- Support the Jamcracker platform and product
- Work on Continuous improvement
- Perform configuration tasks in the Jamcracker platform product on production instances
- Troubleshoot tickets and provide resolution accordingly
- Work in different shifts that support US, Europe and Australia time zones
- Create internal reference documentation for the support staff like Knowledge Base articles, Reference manuals etc.
- Capable of delivering multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision
