We are now looking for another team mate to join us in Knauf Egypt as a Talent Partner.Can you say ‘yes’?Do you treat your colleagues with respect?Do you always have the customer in mind?Do you act with future generations in mind?Do you like to seek out opportunities to grow and develop?Do you have a proven track record of delivering results?What you’ll be doing: Serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR and people-related matters,Collaborating with department managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs,Managing job postings, resume screenings, interviews, and selection processes,Developing and conducting onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees,Collaborating with business leaders to identify talent needs and create succession plans,Providing coaching and guidance on career development for employees,Support in implementing effective performance management techniques to enhance employee productivity,Providing guidance to all employees through the performance review and appraisal process,Supporting business units through organizational changes, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy,Identifying training needs within the business units and coordinating relevant programs,Promoting a culture of learning and continuous development,Partnering with leaders to foster a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization,What we’d love for you to have: We are interested in you as a person: your attitude, behaviors and values.
