Software Engineer - Salesforce Developer

Devsinc is looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with more than 2 years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce development and customization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, then design and implement technical solutions.

Build and maintain custom applications, triggers, and integrations in Salesforce.

Implement Omni‑Channel features to enhance communication and improve customer experiences.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the Salesforce environment.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other platforms and third‑party applications.

Ensure that Salesforce applications adhere to industry best practices and security protocols.

Perform system upgrades, data migration, and routine maintenance tasks.

Provide technical support and training to end‑users as needed.

Stay updated on new Salesforce releases and technologies to enhance platform capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

2 to 3 years of experience working with Salesforce.

Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.

Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Omni‑Channel, Service Cloud, and related tools.

Familiarity with Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs for integrations.

Experience with declarative development tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules).

Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model and best practices for customization.

Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and debug code efficiently.

Salesforce Developer (Platform Developer I or II) certification is preferred.

Experience with Salesforce integration tools and middleware (e.g., Mule Soft) is preferred.

Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) for UI design is highly preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven leadership experience in managing teams and successfully driving projects end‑to‑end.

Flexible and resilient in dynamic, fast‑paced environments, able to adjust quickly to changing priorities and challenges.
