Senior Operations Executive Supervisor Government Services About The Role We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Operations Executive / Supervisor to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of complex port calls for our global government clients. This role requires a proactive professional with strong operational knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to act as a point of escalation and guidance for junior team members.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the end-to-end operational execution of port calls, ensuring compliance with client SOPs, timelines, and quality standards.Supervise and mentor junior analysts and coordinators in the team; provide day-to-day support and guidance.Serve as the operational point of contact for critical client accounts and internal regional offices.Handle escalations and operational contingencies with a solutions-oriented approach.Ensure all documentation, invoicing inputs, and operational logs are accurate and timely.Coordinate with global teams, vendors, and service providers to align expectations and resolve issues.Analyse operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for efficiency.Preferred Qualifications & Skills6-10 years of experience in maritime, defence, or logistics operations, preferably with exposure to government or naval contracts.Prior experience handling Navy ship port calls or complex vessel movements is highly preferred.Strong understanding of port procedures, customs, local regulations, and logistics coordination.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with client-facing experience.Ability to take initiative, delegate tasks, and lead by example.Comfortable working under pressure and making decisions independently.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to connect jobseekers and employers.
