Project Manager (Construction)

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in construction project execution, stakeholder coordination, and budget control. This role requires a proactive leader who can oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive efficiency in large-scale construction projects.Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Develop, manage, and execute construction project plans from inception to completion.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining high-quality standards.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project milestones.Stakeholder & Team Coordination Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between clients, vendors, and contractors.Communicate project updates, risks, and progress to key stakeholders.Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with local regulations.Budget & Resource Management Monitor project expenses, ensuring cost control and optimizing resource allocation.Negotiate contracts and assess vendor performance to maximize efficiency.Risk Assessment & Compliance Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Ensure strict compliance with safety and industry standards.Requirements5+ years of experience in construction project management.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Strong leadership and communication skills to drive project success.Proficiency in construction software (Auto CAD, Primavera, Procore, or similar).Knowledge of building codes, permits, and regulatory compliance.Benefits At Substance, we believe in genuine connections, not just filling roles.
