Job Specification The ICSS Package Delivery Lead position will act as a single point of accountability for the design, fabrication, FAT, SAT, and Commissioning of the Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS). The ICSS Lead will manage the EPCI contractor throughout all project phases. As part of the Project Management Team, the ICSS Lead ensures that technical requirements (e.g., project specifications, data sheets) fully comply with project deliverables and standardized processes, and are delivered to the highest standards. The role involves stewarding ICSS engineering activities to ensure quality and timely delivery, providing clear guidance to the EPC contractor, and facilitating resolution of issues to complete ICSS engineering activities, including integration into third-party packages. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Knowledge and/or Experience8+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, with at least five years demonstrated as an ICSS Lead on EPCI Projects. Broad knowledge of engineering execution, including design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria, offshore facilities design, site integration testing, and commissioning. Demonstrated leadership skills, management of contractors and ICSS vendors, and exposure to challenging project delivery schedules. Subject Matter Expert in Integrated Control and Safety Systems, both Software and Hardware. Expertise in Schneider, Foxboro ICSS, or equivalent systems. Full understanding of the ICSS development lifecycle from Design to Fabrication, Commissioning, and Start-Up. Extensive experience in executing and managing FAT and SAT. Experience with Greenfield and Brownfield projects. Strong knowledge of serial interfaces with third-party systems. Technical and Business Skills Proficiency in written and spoken English. Computer literacy, including professional office applications and technical software. Excellent organization, planning, execution, and tracking skills. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with various engineering disciplines and cultural backgrounds. High awareness of risk assessment, multi-discipline coordination, and design review practices.
