Responsibilities

We are looking for passionate and driven

Associate Software Engineers

to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to learn, solve complex problems, and contribute to software development projects.

Work closely with the development team to design, develop, and maintain software applications.

Apply

Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP)

principles to create scalable and maintainable code.

Work with

databases (SQL/No SQL)

for data management and optimization.

Implement

data structures and algorithms

to enhance application performance.

Solve analytical and logical problems to improve system efficiency.

Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software solutions.

Assist in designing and developing AI/ML models and algorithms to extract insights from data.

Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to prepare data, analyze results, and improve model accuracy.

Implement machine learning solutions and ensure they are optimized for performance.

Participate in testing and validation of models against datasets and ensure high standards of quality.

Document processes, findings, and methodologies to support continuous improvement.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor&apost;s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Java, with knowledge of frameworks and libraries for ML (e.g., Tensor Flow, Keras, Scikit‑learn).

Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical analysis.

Strong analytical skills with a passion for solving complex problems.

Good communication abilities and teamwork skills.

Prior internship or project experience in AI/ML is a plus but not required.
