Site Supervisor

Job Title: Site Supervisor Location: Dubai, UAESalary: AED 7,000 – AED 9,000 / month Industry: Interior & Fit-Out / Commercial Projects Role Summary We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor with strong experience in commercial fit-out projects. The Site Supervisor will oversee site operations, ensure quality finishes, maintain timelines, and coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and project teams to deliver high-end commercial interiors.Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site activities and coordinate contractors, labor, and materials.Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, design specifications, and quality standards.Monitor workmanship, finishes, and fit-out details (joinery, ceilings, partitions, flooring, fixtures).Enforce health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards on site.Maintain site cleanliness, material control, and minimize wastage.Track project progress, identify delays/issues, and report to Project Manager.Liaise with procurement and logistics for timely material supply.Coordinate with design and engineering teams for clarifications.Conduct inspections, snagging, and ensure handover readiness.Maintain site reports, records, and progress documentation.Requirements3–5 years of experience as Site Supervisor in commercial interior fit-out projects.Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works and finishing details.Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.Basic understanding of MEP coordination in fit-out projects.Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.What We Offer Competitive salary package (AED 7,000 – 9,000 per month).Opportunity to work on high-profile commercial interior projects.Supportive work environment with growth potential.Skills Site Supervision (Interior Fit-Out)Commercial Project Execution Quality Control & Finishing Works Joinery, Ceilings, Partitions, Flooring MEP Coordination (Basic Knowledge)Reading & Interpreting Drawings (Architectural / Interior)Health, Safety & Environment (HSE Compliance)Project Scheduling & Progress Tracking Labour & Subcontractor Management Material Management & Site Logistics Snagging & Handover Procedures Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Time Management & Multi-tasking Strong Communication & Team Leadership Documentation & Daily Site Reporting #J-18808-Ljbffr
