Job Description ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an experienced Housing Services Officer to join our dedicated team in Qatar. As a Housing Services Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing housing services, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality support and accommodation. Your responsibilities will include coordinating housing operations, liaising with service providers, and maintaining compliance with local regulations.Manage and oversee daily housing unit inspections, handovers, exit clearances, and housekeeping observations.Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.Maintain records and documentation related to housing services and residents.Ensure compliance with local housing regulations and standards.Address and resolve resident inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.Conduct regular inspections of housing facilities to ensure safety and quality standards are met.Keeping administrative records up to date and securely.Interacting with residents to ensure customer satisfaction.Collaborate with other departments to improve housing services and resident satisfaction.Monitoring the quality of services provided by the stakeholders.Job Description ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an experienced Housing Services Officer to join our dedicated team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification from a reputed university.Proven Minimum 5 years of experience in housing services or a related field.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Knowledge of local housing regulations and compliance requirements.Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Ability to manage in a diverse environment with a focus on customer services.Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for housing management.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong leadership and motivating skills including the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff. #J-18808-Ljbffr
