Human Resource Manager

We at Domus Flower LLC are looking for a Human Resource Manager to handle all HR matters across our business, developing, implementing, and overseeing all HR policies and procedures to ensure they are aligned with our vision and overall business needs.Job Description: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Responsible for checking and renewing company documents such as establishment card, trade license, warehouse permit, Ejari, non-distribution permit, etc.Check employee documents and expiration dates (passport, visa, Emirates ID, and driving license).Renew employees' residence visas and labor contracts.Manage payroll of employees and maintain records related to compensation/attendance data.Develop HR policies, procedures, and handbooks.Handle all insurance-related work.Prepare leave and final settlements.Handle the recruitment and selection process.Orientation and onboarding of new hires.Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.Book annual tickets for employees or handle reimbursement for all annual tickets.Coordinate with department managers for the performance review of employees and assess training needs.Check, prepare, and release overtime pay for employees.Prepare letters and job descriptions.Required Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, ideally with experience in the UAE.Preferably from the flower industry.Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Human Resources.Well-versed in UAE Labour Law.Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Work Location: Dubai.Immediate joiners will be prioritized.Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred). #J-18808-Ljbffr
