HSE Supervisor

Position: HSE Supervisor Location : Offshore, Qatar Project : Brownfield EPC Shutdown (Oil & Gas) Job Type : Shutdown Key Responsibilities Supervise on-site safety practices during critical shutdown operations such as vessel entry, mechanical isolation, welding, and hot work. Ensure strict compliance with shutdown HSE plans, JSA, and PTW systems. Conduct safety briefings, drills, and monitor real-time implementation of risk controls on deck and in confined areas. Maintain HSE logs, monitor near-miss and incident records, and ensure immediate rectifications. Actively participate in HSE meetings with client and internal teams to align safety measures during shutdown peak loads. Requirements ·Diploma in Engineering, Health & Safety or other related technical specialization. ·NEBOSH IGC qualification or equivalent internationally recognized occupational HSE qualification. ·ISO 45001 Internal Auditor qualification or equivalent is preferred. ·Proficient in written and verbal English communication skills. Mandarin speaking is a plus. ·Minimum of 7 years of HSE management experience in execution of offshore construction projects. ·BOSIET and H2S Certified. ·Employment is subjected to QE and/or NOC approval Why Join Spemocean?
