Job Roles & Responsibilities
Attend to breakdown calls for Building & Facilities Management Systems
Troubleshoot and provide remedial measures to breakdown calls, feedback/complaint
Perform basic and ad-hoc Mechanical & Electrical, Building Repairs and Maintenance minor works
Monitor contractors, suppliers and project works
Assist in supervising the performance of various contractors
Carry out inspection periodically using checklists on Building, Mechanical & Electrical systems
Carry out periodic Preventive Maintenance (PM) programme
Job Requirements
Diploma or Nitec in Mechanical & Electrical, Facilities Building Services or the equivalent
Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in managing buildings or facilities
Ability to speak and write English proficiently and possess basic IT literacy
Min Year Of Experience: 5
