Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously while meeting all deadlines
- Preparation of quotes and proposals
- Providing assistance to Marketing & Sales Manager on tender and quotations compliance and submittals
- Customer Registrations and keeping track of renewals
- Keeping track of staff vendor registrations and technical certifications
- Organize and maintain files and records related to sales and marketing department
- Maintaining business/customer contact database, corporate files and vendor business plans
- Provide general administrative support including but not limited to; managing phone, prepare official correspondence, meetings, communications, events and reports
- Provide assistance in marketing events and conferences - Coordinate, create, edit and distribute both internal and external correspondence under the directions of Marketing & Sales Manager
- Update office database, marketing manuals, files and records to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Sales Coordinator
- Salesforce experience is a MUST
- Strong knowledge and experience of Ms Offices and computer skills
- Effective editing, proofreading and communication skills
- Energetic, multitasking, flexible and customer focused with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills to coordinate, prioritize and manage tasks
**This position reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager.**
