Senior React Native Developer – Team Lead

**Job Description** The division is looking for to work as part of its team to be responsible for the development and maintenance of its mobile applications that meet both technical requirements and business objectives. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** Develop high-quality code that meets functional requirements, is easy to maintain, and provides a positive user experience.Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing, open communication, and continuous learning among team members. Work closely with other team members, including product owners, designers, and other developers, to translate project requirements into technical solutions.Offer guidance and support to team members, helping them navigate technical challenges, understand complex concepts, and improve their skills. Perform other duties as may be assigned by management. **Required Education and Experience: ** Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 7+ years of experience in mobile development with at least 3 years using React Native.2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role. 7+ years of experience with testing mobile applications and enterprise software through manual and automated techniques/unit test frameworks. Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and modern frameworks. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: **Ability to design software using industry standard technologies. Have the ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot issues in applications efficiently. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand and resolve technical issues Familiarity with mobile analytics tools and performance monitoring.Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (including Scrum and Kanban)
