Commercial Excellence Manager, Middle East Africa Russia Join us today and make a difference in people's lives!Job Purpose Support the regional team to drive commercial and business excellence by implementing and improving SFE, bidding, commercial training, market research, analytics, field force development, and multichannel activities to enhance top and bottom line results through optimized resource allocation and upgraded customer engagement initiatives.Act as a business partner to design, plan, and implement commercial processes, projects, and initiatives to maximize impact across all Business Units in the region.Major Accountabilities Drive continuous improvement in sales, bid processes, pricing, sales capabilities, tools, and supporting systems.Communicate strategy, guidance, and best practices effectively, providing deployment materials.Lead and support growth and operational excellence initiatives through project management.Analyze industry trends, threats, opportunities, and internal performance.Define and communicate the International SFE & CRM strategy for the region, collaborating with international teams on CRM design and rollout.Sales Force Effectiveness Manage delivery of sales data to inform strategy and progress.Develop capabilities in data management, interpretation, and strategic implementation.Build relationships to support regional issues with strategic guidance and tools.Establish sales analytics functions and regional performance dashboards.Bidding Collaborate on bidding strategies with sales, marketing, and distributors.Develop and advise on bidding activities in the region.Training Ensure upskilling of customer-facing functions.Develop training modules to enhance clinical, analytical, customer-oriented, and leadership skills.Key Performance Indicators Impact on regional commercial and business excellence.Achievement of SFE, Bidding, and Training strategic goals.Ideal Background Education: University degree in business management, data analysis, or project management.Languages: Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.Experience/Professional Requirements: At least 5 years in healthcare industry.Minimum 3 years in strategic business management or related roles.At least 1 year in SFE/market research.Experience in strategy planning, sales, market analysis, and CRM systems.Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Valuing Different Backgrounds Liva Nova values diversity and ensures a fair, transparent recruitment process free from discrimination.Notice to Agencies and Caution Against Scams We do not accept unsolicited resumes and advise caution regarding scams.
