You will see and document the development of every child, pinpoint areas for improvement and adjust exercises to satisfy particular learning requirements. Your teaching strategy will center on fostering independence, encouraging social interaction, and supporting play-based learning.Child-Centered Learning: Designs of activities will guarantee children grow essential early literacy and numeracy abilities together with physical coordination and emotional awareness as well as balanced structured learning with creative exploration.
