This is a fully remote role ideal for a data-driven marketer with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for measurable results. You will be responsible for managing ad campaigns, analyzing performance, and continuously optimizing for growth, conversions, and ROI.Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Linked In Track and optimize key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve results Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite to drive strategy Produce detailed campaign performance reports with insights and data-driven recommendations Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and campaign scalability Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing Required Qualifications Proven experience managing paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion tracking, and attribution models Proficiency with analytics and ad management platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite)Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization Analytical thinker with a results-oriented approach Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field Passion for supporting community-led or mission-driven initiatives is a plus What We Offer A flexible, fully remote working environment The opportunity to work with a purpose-driven team making a real impact Creative freedom and the ability to shape data-led strategy Professional development opportunities and support A meaningful role where your performance directly contributes to the growth of local businesses in Cumbria #J-18808-Ljbffr
