GROUP FUNCTION AND BUSINESS AREA PURPOSEThe Consumer & Private Banking Operations is an organization that enables the growth of First Abu Dhabi Bank's SME & Personal Banking Business, meets customer service expectations, and maintains quality assurance through sound credit risk, product, and market knowledge.ROLE PURPOSEThe role involves encoding and releasing credit limits related to credit facilities, ensuring accurate details before inputting into the bank's system. The role also requires compliance with all approval terms and conditions according to FAB policies and procedures.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESVerification and validation of the authenticity of credit documents and customer data.Checking if applications are complete with all required documents on DMS.Updating the Share Point tracker and CAS in case of reversals.Following the internal CAD Checklist for processing cases.Updating CAS as per the agreed script and forwarding cases to the Checker within the specified TAT/cut-off times, marking status as 'Sent' in Share Point tracker.Maintaining records related to administrative functions such as inward/outward mail statements, acknowledgments, and other important correspondence.Preparing mail statements for all outward mail sent to branches through the HO Mail Room.Collaborating with sourcing channels for application rectifications if required.Executing any special tasks assigned by management from time to time.Acting as a backup during staff absence and as necessary.Maintaining professionalism and effective communication within the team and with other departments.Adhering to individual duties and responsibilities at all times.Supporting new staff during training to familiarize them with the job.Managing daily tasks without compromising risk and service quality.Ensuring accurate indexing of Mandate Files, completeness of received securities, and proper document management.Securing leftover documents for scanning/indexing overnight in the safe under dual custody.Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications Knowledge & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Finance. 2-4 years experience in SME & Personal Banking, with at least 2 years in the SME & Personal Banking CAD function.Skills: Proficiency in banking software systems, basic PC skills, and MS Office applications like Excel and Word.Good command of English (written and spoken).Familiarity with the bank's financial systems.In-depth knowledge of banking products and SME & Personal Banking Credit Administration functions.Understanding of U.A.E. legal environment and Central Bank regulations.Team-oriented, able to work under pressure, quick learner, with attention to detail.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is a platform connecting jobseekers and employers.
