It operates through a B2B model, empowering BFSIs to serve merchants with white-labeled solutions rather than selling directly. The company is active across India, the Middle East, and Africa, with partnerships involving leading regional banks.Responsibilities: Identify potential clients, negotiate deals, and manage relationships with clients and partners within the financial sector in GCC.Develop marketing and growth strategies while working closely with other teams, focusing on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.Hire, train, and coach a high-performance sales team, with a focus on customer segments from mid-market to enterprise.Develop the long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on performance.Gather insights from merchants in local markets.Enable the regional field team to drive daily interactions with prospects to build long-term business opportunities.Drive partnerships to create strong referral networks that generate high-quality leads.Inspire, motivate, and enable personal and career development of team members to promote growth and increase business impact.Minimum Requirements: At least 5+ years of progressive professional enterprise sales experience, specifically in Fintech Banks, Payments Providers/Enablers.Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment; serve as the single escalation point for the team’s daily operations and report progress to the executive team.Deep understanding of payments and e-commerce, particularly for SMEs.Strong knowledge of motivating both inbound and outbound sales teams with diverse experience and skillsets.Experience working in a startup environment.Managerial experience is a plus, but the role will initially be an individual contributor. #J-18808-Ljbffr
