Min 6 years of experience in Recruitment and/or HR generalist role
Fluency in English, French and Arabic
Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including formulating job descriptions, posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting phone screens and in person interviews through competency-based interviews
Contribute towards the formulation, development and on-going review of Human Resources policies and procedures in order to ensure equality and consistency in Human Resources approaches
Work closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assist line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
Attract, retain and motivate staff.
Manage the recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture
Coordinate and assist in the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and termination
Analyze the skills and qualities required for each particular job and develop job descriptions
Assist the HR Manager in managing and implementing the company performance management process, KPIs and talent management initiatives
Lead programs that are aimed at improving employee morale
Identify and analyze current organizational effectiveness
Initiate and implement organizational surveys
Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization and Manage company's corporate events and workshops
Advise on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits and participate in undertaking regular salary reviews and maintain employee records
Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, key HR activities etc.
Previous Experience in recruiting senior level positions
A demonstrated top performer with energy, intelligence, strong analytical skills and highly evolved interpersonal skills
Demonstrated history of providing excellent customer service and a high level of attention to detail
Demonstrated knowledge of human resource management techniques that meet the needs of a globally dispersed workforce
A historically demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information
Proven experience and advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point and Outlook, as well as the ability to navigate the Internet/intranet
Experience in HRIS and ERP software is a plus
