The role requires physical handling of components and products.Key Accountabilities: Welding and grinding parts as per requirements.Reading and understanding welding drawings.Properly identifying completed parts and transferring them to the next station.Achieving daily/weekly production and efficiency targets.Qualifications, Experience & Skills: ITI or certification course in Welding (1-2 years).2 to 5 years of experience as a TIG welder in manufacturing or fabrication.Knowledge and experience with robotic welding, preferably on Cloos machines.Job-Specific Skills: Basic knowledge of welding and robotic machines.Behavioral Competencies: Proficient in English communication and basic computer skills.Ability to undertake duties to maintain and improve company efficiency, quality, and service.Adherence to company policies and confidentiality requirements.If this role interests you, we encourage you to apply today as our application process is quick and easy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
