Maintenance Staff

Our company is looking for a Maintenance Staff to join our team.Responsibilities: Performs typical maintenance to support the entire facility;Appropriately responds to emergencies as per training received;Detects and reports questionable conditions to the Facilities Director;Performs other duties as assigned;Adheres to and conveys a philosophy that supports the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and individuality of residents;Stocks maintenance supplies for work areas;Refurbishes vacated apartments promptly, documenting all work performed;Maintains and repairs walls, furniture, cabinets, windows, and doors/locks;Demonstrates knowledge of and follows infection control procedures;Reports any abuse, suspected abuse, or alleged abuse to the appropriate supervisor and/or agencies;Detects and reports questionable conditions to the Maintenance Manager.Requirements: Must have skills/experience in various maintenance-related trades, including, but not limited to, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and janitorial;Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress; #J-18808-Ljbffr
