This is a supporting role that spans the entire Product Department, so you won’t be part of a specific team. As the first person in this position, you\'ll need to take ownership of your day-to-day work to succeed.The primary goal is to automate processes to augment the productivity of internal teams. You will focus on how AI can be used as a tool for internal productivity, starting by automating work within the Product department with the possibility of supporting departments like HR and Finance over time.What you’ll be doing Identify opportunities to automate processes within the product department and across the organization.Design and implement automation solutions driven by artificial intelligence using orchestration platforms or by using other methods.Connect automation workflows with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Git Hub, Slack, and Service Now.Work with product teams and other departments to understand their processes and needs.Test and confirm automation solutions meet business requirements.Monitor and improve automation workflows for ongoing efficiency.Keep up with the latest artificial intelligence and automation technologies and practices.You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer.Who we are looking for5+ years of experience in a product management or similar role, preferably in a tech-focused setting.Hands-on experience implementing process automation using artificial intelligence technologies.You should have a proven track record in automation, with a preference for experience using AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).Expertise in current artificial intelligence orchestration platforms and tools.Proven ability to integrate automation workflows with platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Git Hub, Slack, and Service Now.Strong analytical skills to spot and prioritize automation possibilities.Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.What we offer Contribute directly to shaping the experience that modernizes the Canadian mortgage industry.Take advantage of nesto\'s employee mortgage program that provides our employees with the best, exclusive, preferred low rates.Benefit from a generous time-off policy including 4 weeks vacation per year.Enjoy a premium benefits plan fully paid by nesto, including a top-class insurance plan and unlimited access to telemedicine and mental health service, for you and your family from day 1.Access to an annual health and wellness budget.Take your work internationally with our temporary international work program.Seize the possibility of working in a hybrid mode.
