Senior Civil Designer

We are looking for a Senior Civil Designer for one of our clients with the following details: Start Date: ASAPLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: 2+ years Contract Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university (Master's Degree preferred.)15+ years of civil and structural design experience in onshore Oil & Gas projects.In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in FEED and Detailed Engineering phases.Strong working knowledge of design tools such as STAAD.Pro, Auto CAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or equivalent.Familiarity with soil-structure interaction, static and dynamic structural analysis, and foundation design.Sound knowledge of relevant international design codes and standards.Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications: GCC or Middle East project experience is a plus.Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and review of civil and structural designs for onshore Oil & Gas facilities, including foundations, pipe racks, roads, culverts, drainage systems, and equipment support structures.Prepare and validate engineering deliverables such as: General Arrangement (GA) drawings Foundation and structural drawings Material Take-Offs (MTOs)Design calculations Construction specifications and datasheets Ensure adherence to project specifications, international codes (e.g., ACI, BS, ASCE, Eurocode), and client standards.Interface with other disciplines (e.g., piping, mechanical, electrical) to ensure alignment and integration of civil works within the overall design.Participate in technical meetings, design reviews, HAZOPs, model reviews, and constructability sessions.Provide technical input to procurement, review vendor documents, and resolve engineering queries.Mentor and guide junior engineers and draftsmen.Support construction and commissioning teams by resolving field issues and providing technical guidance as required.If interested, kindly apply! #J-18808-Ljbffr
