Description Ontime Group is on the lookout for a proactive and dedicated Recruiter specializing in the healthcare this role you will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top talent within the healthcare industry to meet the staffing needs of our clients.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract healthcare professionals.Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking events.Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.Maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients to understand their staffing requirements.Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.Stay updated on industry trends regulations and best practices in healthcare recruitment.Manage the endtoend recruitment process ensuring a high standard of candidate care.Utilize recruitment software and databases to track candidate progress and share insights with clients.Requirements Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.Proven experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.Strong understanding of healthcare roles and industry terminology.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.Proficient in utilizing recruitment tools and software.Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. #J-18808-Ljbffr
