Project Civil Engineer (PUP) - Power Sector - 1

Apt Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Civil Engineer to join our client’s team in the power sector.The ideal candidate will have a proven background in large-scale infrastructure and civil engineering projects within the power industry. This role involves overseeing construction activities, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining top-tier quality and safety standards.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget. Review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications using CAD software (e.g., Auto CAD, Civil 3D). Conduct site investigations and risk assessments. Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and local and international industry standards. Ensure executed work complies with approved design, local, national, and international building codes and regulations. Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Conduct site inspections to ensure safety protocols and environmental regulations are followed.
