Working with KNPC's Representative, identify, document, confirm and communicate the scope of work for the project
• Identify KNPC's expectations concerning cost, delivery and performance specifications, communicate these requirements to the project team
• Develop the Work Breakdown Structure and Project Level Schedule in compliance with KNPC's expectations
• Estimate the resource requirements required to complete the project, including labor, material, equipment and capital
• Make engineering and design work assignments by discipline
• Monitor the execution of the work, identifying any risks or opportunities in a timely manner
• Manage the completion of the work to fixed budgets and schedules
