Rockford Xellerix is an engineering company providing advanced wiring, interconnect and system solutions for the Defense, Aerospace, and Marine. We are currently looking for a dynamic Executive Administrator that can perform the following duties.
Main Responsibilities:
Manages the day-to-day operations of the office
Organizes and maintains files and records
Prepares quotes, invoices, presentations, delivery notes
Takes minutes of meetings, create status reports and financial reports
Plans and schedules meetings and appointments
Manages projects and conducts research as per instructions
Prepares and edits correspondence, reports, and presentations
Makes travel and guest arrangements
Provides quality customer service
Deals with customers, suppliers and supports sales meetings
May have additional selected projects and responsibilities over time
Experience:
Female candidate only with 3 to 5 years of experience
Previous data entry experience using ERP modules preferred
Education:
University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Key Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and oral communications skills
Strong planning & problem solving ability
Mastery of the English language - spoken and written
MS Office word, Excel, PowerPoint & Projects
Excellent written and communication skills
